Emily is the Director of Digital Learning and a doctoral candidate at Gardner-Webb University.
Her dissertation will focus on the use of video in online courses in higher education.
Emily earned her BA in American Sign Language from Gardner-Webb, and her MA in Educational Technology from Appalachian State University. She is also a Quality Matters (QM) Certified Peer Reviewer.
In her spare time, Emily spends time with her husband and two boys hiking, playing disc golf, and playing board games.
Natalie is an instruction librarian and doctoral candidate at Gardner-Webb University.
Her current research focuses on designing curriculum that supports knowledge transfer for online adult learners.
Natalie earned her BA in History at Wingate University and her Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. She is also a Quality Matters (QM) certified peer reviewer.
In addition to her academic work, Natalie and her husband Stephen operate a small farm where they raise honeybees, chickens, apples, and other livestock.
